I used to go to lunch here about ten years ago! I was very impressed by the students and the teachers. The food was great. Do your first-year students also serve guests or is it something they do the second year?
Im only have students from year two and three. Im not think the first year students serving guests. They dont have enough guests on the school.But when i went in restaurnt school in the late 80`s we serving guests in the first year.

Thats correct Mats. I had the first year students and they serve guests after a couple of months training with the teachers.
