I agree. We need to keep them fed and happy.In Australia in some Colleges the hospitality students prepare the food and serve in the coffee shop. It is great practice for them. Does this happen in Sweden?
Yes in the school there ive been the also have a bakery school and the sell there products in a coffe shop to very low price. Its a win win situation. They got there stuff sold and we av very happy to buy them.
Mats, we would be happy to buy your creations and sell in our coffée shop as well. Now there are just the common stuff such as "cocsbollar" and "kexchoklad". Give us an offer!

We in Canberra also did this for a long time but sadly not any more ( under new mangement) hope they bring it back as you say win win.
