This is the restaurant area where we serve à la carte. We offer a three courses menu for only 130 swedish crones which is very cheap. Of course both preparing and serving the menu is doing by the students. The other section is a buffet containing two different courses where the guests choose themselves what to eat.

  1. What a beautiful restaurant Ulrika .The students must be very pleased to work and learn here. In Australia we have quite a lot of these facilities and here in Wagga at the Technical and Further Education College there is a restaurant very similar to yours. The students really learn by doing and this seems very effective. How much time do your students spend in the restaurant during their program?
