Photo 3-5

This actually was a very funny lesson. Because this is a project similar to our project now internationalization stripe. Where students from different parts of the world having a nutrition lesson in english. And the teacher from Finland very anxious about the language. She is very professional in nutrition, in swedish. I ended helping her out and the lesson went very well after all.

Here you can see the students making the maindish. Breadcrumbed fish with boiled potatoes and julienne vegetables.

And finally the sweet dessert. Chocolatemousse with raspberrysauce. Yummy!!!!

    1. A very good question there Mats! An excellent teacher to me is a teacher who can foresee the students different needs in different situations. For example if one student is in a bigger need of education in one subject. The teacher who can see what needs to be done in the matter is a great teacher to my eyes. I sincerely hope that you are satisfied with my answer Mats.

Do you often have classes in English? Why was the nutrition class in English? Do all Swedes learn English from an early age?

    1. In sweden we learn english(at least when i was a child)from 10 years of age to upper secondary school. In this case it was a special occasion with this internationalization project, with students from different parts of the world. Otherwise this lessons generally is hold in swedish.
