Photo 3-5.

Pealing and cutting a big piece of the art work.
Its important to teach them the right knife technique from the beginning.
Hard time to get the emulusion right. (Sauce Hollandaise).
Plateing the last touch before the guest have it .

    A real good emulusion sauce you should whisk like a eight.
