Hi Beverly, just so that I get you right, the entire education is taking place during traineeship? If so, how do they study subjects such as English or History?

ReplyDeleteYes, students cah achieve their entire Certificate III in Business in their own workplace, doing their daily activities. Each trainee and workplace chooses units that they performa in their daily work, and if there are any gaps I request assignments to be done that will complete their unit. The units in the Certificate III in Business are not as specific as English and History - they are more like Write Simple Documents, Communicate in the Workplace, and Maintain Financial Records.
